Family Violence Prevention Center (FVPC) is committed to honoring the privacy of visitors to its Website. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemenation practices for the FVPC Website.

Donors

All FVPC donors have the right and option to remain anonymous from any FVPC publications listing donors. FVPC collects the following donor information: name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address. All donors have the right to refuse to give this information. All information is stored in a secured database. Information collected is used inside the agency only. FVPC does not share or sell donor information/lists with any outside entities. Donors who wish to review personal information FVPC has collected may do so by calling the Administrative Office at (937) 376-8526.

Forms

All personal information filled in and sent to FVPC via the Web site’s online forms, such as the Application for Employment, Volunteer Application, Internship Application, Board Member Application, etc., will be held strictly confidential. This information may be shared between staff within FVPC, as needed or required, but will not be sold or distributed to third parties.

FVPC strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors its intended use. We carefully protect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction the information under our control. Children under the age of 13 should not submit any information about themselves to FVPC. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In those instances that we do collect that information, we will do so only with verified parental permission before collection.
